ScrumDo Subscription Terms

Version: 1.1
Effective Date: June 16, 2026
Last Restated: July 11, 2026

These Subscription Terms are the terms of service for paid ScrumDo plans. They supplement, and form part of, the ScrumDo Terms of Use; the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement also apply. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. ScrumDo is a product of ScrumDo, LLC.

1. Plans

The features, usage allowances, billing interval, and price that apply to you are those shown when you subscribe and in your account. Where you connect your own AI agents, providers, or keys, you are responsible for those providers' availability, terms, and costs.

2. Billing and Renewal

Plans are billed in advance for each billing period using the payment method on file, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the plan and any add-ons you enable.

Before you subscribe, the checkout flow will identify the plan, total amount due, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, and how to cancel. If a pricing page shows a monthly equivalent for a plan billed annually, the annual amount shown at checkout is charged in advance unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. You must affirmatively accept the recurring charge before payment is submitted.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused capacity.

5. Changes to Plans, Prices, and Terms

We may change plans, prices, or these Subscription Terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of any material change, and the change takes effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use a paid plan after the change takes effect means you accept it.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment or for breach of the Terms of Use (including abuse of intake collectors, unauthorized automated harvesting, or prohibited conduct under Section 8 of the Terms of Use, of which ScrumDo is the sole and exclusive arbiter). When a subscription ends, your right to use the paid features ends.
